Give a client's quiet page a way to ask
A visitor reads a client's services page and moves to leave without getting in touch, which is the traffic the client is paying you to convert. The form you built for them can meet that visitor: it opens over the page, they answer, and the inquiry arrives wherever the client's other submissions go. The page design stays as you built it.
Every form carries its own moment, so the services page can ask when someone is about to leave while a long case study waits for a set time on the page, and a landing page opens on a click of the button you name. You set each one in the dashboard, so a change during a retainer month takes a minute and leaves the client's code alone. Switch on the No thanks link and a visitor who declines is left alone for 90 days.
What the client owns, and what we handle
Their side
The cookie banner on your client's site is theirs to run, and so is the notice that tells their visitors what it covers. We add no banner of our own, so putting a form on their page adds no second prompt beside the one they already show.
Our side
Point us at where that banner records its answer in Display settings, per form, and we read it before counting a popup view. When the answer is no we count nothing, and the popup still opens, so the client keeps the inquiry. If a visitor turns tracking off while the page is open, the counting stops within about a second.
On a client site with no banner at all, popup views are counted as usual. Our privacy notice sets out what a popup observes and how a visitor stops it, which is the text to point a client at when they ask.
