Pricing questions
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with 500 submissions a month across 10 forms. There is no credit card to start and no time limit.
Can I change plans whenever I want?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect right away and your forms and submissions stay in your account.
What happens if I reach my monthly submission limit?
You get a heads-up as you approach it. Upgrade anytime to raise the limit, with no change to your existing forms or data. The count resets at the start of each month.
Do AI human-review tasks use up my form allowance?
No. When your AI sends someone a task to review, we build the review page for that one task. It does not count towards the forms in your plan, and you will not see it in your forms list. Each completed review counts as one submission, the same as any other form, so it uses your monthly submission allowance and nothing else.
Can I bring colleagues in, and does a second person cost more?
You can bring people in on every plan, and there is no charge per person. Invite somebody by email from the Team page in your dashboard, and choose what they get as you send it: a Member can build and change your team's forms, and an Admin can also open and download the answers people send. Most accounts are one person and none of this is required.
How am I billed, and can I cancel?
Monthly or yearly, through Stripe, with no contract either way. Paying for a year costs 10 months instead of 12, so two are free. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?
Not from the dashboard yet. Cancel at the end of your current period and subscribe again on the other one, or email us and we will move it for you.
Do I lose anything if I downgrade?
No. Your forms and submissions stay put. Paid features like white-labeling and webhooks pause until you upgrade again.
Is my data mine to take?
Always. Export your submissions to CSV or JSON on any plan, including Free. There is no lock-in.
