KirokuForms

Online forms for small businesses, simple to use

Collect inquiries, bookings and quote requests

Online forms for small businesses: contact forms, surveys and signup forms you build by dragging fields into place.
AI agents can create forms and send a task for a person to review. Free for 500 responses a month, then $29 for 10,000 responses and unlimited forms on Pro.

  • Drag-and-drop builder
  • Popups - exit-intent, inactivity, or timed
  • Conditional logic, quizzes, conversational forms
  • Your own branding
  • AI agents that stop for a human (Model Context Protocol)
  • Basic case management: owner, status, activity trail

File uploads and your own branding come with Pro and Business. Everything else on that list, popups included, is on every plan.

No credit card to start. Cancel or export your data whenever you like.

The problem

What goes wrong with forms, in the words of people who run them

Six threads from Reddit, quoted as written. Each links to where it was said, and each has our answer under it.

“I have implement v2 recaptcha on my portfolio contact form still i get these bots sending me tons of messages which is really frustrating”
r/webdev, August 2025, 341 points

Three layers, and none of them is a puzzle for your visitor: a hidden field only a bot fills in, a rate limit on every form, and a Cloudflare check you can switch on for any form that needs it.

“My client wanted to know why they just got a call from someone who’d apparently tried to send a message via their site that my client hadn’t received.”
r/Wordpress, July 2026, 15 points

Every answer is saved in your dashboard before any email goes out, so a notification that goes astray is never a lost lead. The list is there to read, and to export, whenever you like.

“Typeform: $29/mo for conditional logic. Tally: Free, but $24/mo to remove branding. Google Forms: Free, but looks like 2010.”
r/SaaS, February 2026

Conditional logic, popups and the API are on the free plan, there is no fee per response on any plan, and your own branding comes with Pro.

“Google Forms - got responses but it looked unprofessional on my site. Just a wall of plain text.”

Set your fonts and colors once and every form matches your site, or start from a template that already looks finished. The form sits inside your page, in your design.

Start from a template
“the form itself is usually not the hard part. The harder part is everything that happens after someone submits it.”
r/nocode, June 2026, 4 points

Each answer can have an owner, a status and an activity trail, wait for a person to approve it, and go on to your CRM, a spreadsheet or an AI agent only once they have.

“If your website has a contact form, a quote request form, a newsletter signup, or a booking system, and most do, there's a good chance it's not fully GDPR compliant.”
r/smallbusiness, June 2026

Consent is a checkbox you drag in like any other field, we add no cookie banner to your site, and you can export or delete every answer whenever you like.

Read what we do about consent

Send answers to the tools you already use

Approve an answer in Slack, add a row to Google Sheets or Airtable, or hand it to Zapier, Make or n8n, without writing any code.

Approve from Slack, email or the dashboard

Hold an answer for a yes or a no, and give it from wherever you happen to be reading.

For developers: webhooks and a REST API

A webhook fires the moment a form is submitted, and the REST API reaches forms and submissions from your own code.

Trust you can check for yourself

Every claim here links to something you can open and read before you sign up.

Embed it in one line

Drop a plain HTML form on any page, or drive it through the REST API and webhooks. The HTML-only path adds no JavaScript, so static sites stay fast.

Your data stays yours

Export every submission to CSV or Excel, scope API tokens per form, and read exactly what we store. GDPR-ready, with a privacy policy you can read today.

Open for AI workflows

Send submissions through human review using our Model Context Protocol endpoints and the open-source LangGraph client, so a person checks the data before it moves on.

We add no cookie banner to your site

Our form runs on your site, so a second prompt beside the one you already have would ask your visitor the same question twice. If you run a cookie tool, we read the answer it saved before we count anything, and a visitor's own browser privacy setting reaches us whether or not your site asks the question. The consent page also says what happens on a site that has no cookie tool at all.

Popups

Open your form the moment someone is about to leave

A visitor reads what you offer, then moves to leave without getting in touch. Your form can meet them there: it opens over the page, they answer in a few seconds, and they carry on where they left off. You pick the moment. Open it when someone is about to leave, once they have scrolled part way down, after a short time on the page, or when they click a link you choose.

If you already run VeritaMetrics on your site, the form can open on its warm or hot engagement signal, so it appears when a visitor looks interested. Combine two conditions with AND to reach only the engaged visitors who are leaving. Switch on the No thanks link and anyone who uses it is left alone for 90 days.

Questions people ask before they sign up

Short answers here, and one place to go for the long one.

Do I need a developer to use this?

No. You build a form by dragging fields into place and put it on your site by pasting one line, or with the WordPress plugin. Answers arrive by email and sit in your dashboard.

See what you can build

What happens to spam?

Every form has a hidden field that catches bots which fill in everything on a page, and a rate limit so one source cannot flood your inbox. If a form attracts more than that, switch on the Cloudflare bot check in its settings.

See how forms are protected

Can I take your branding off the form?

On the Pro and Business plans, yes: your logo and your colors, and no Powered by KirokuForms line. The free plan shows a small line under the form.

Compare the plans

Where does my data live, and can I take it with me?

Under your account, in our database, and it stays yours: export every answer to a spreadsheet whenever you like, or delete a form and its answers. The privacy policy says what we store and for how long, and you can read it before you sign up.

Read the privacy policy

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Up to 10 forms and 500 responses a month, with no card and no trial that runs out. Move up when you outgrow it, and cancel from the dashboard.

I use Typeform or Google Forms today. How hard is it to move?

Rebuild each form in the builder, which takes a few minutes, or start from a template and change the wording. Export your old answers from the other tool as a spreadsheet, swap the embed code on your site, and the old form keeps working until you do. If you would rather we did it, ask.

Ask us to help you move

Can a person check an answer before anything acts on it?

Yes. Any answer can be held for approval and given an owner and a status, and an AI agent can ask a person the same way. On the paid plans you can hand it to somebody outside your account, and they answer from their inbox without signing up.

Pricing

Start free and move up when you outgrow it. Pay monthly or yearly, with no fee per response and no contract either way, and cancel from the dashboard. Paid plans also include human review, so a person can approve a submission before anything acts on it.
